Rental Terms and Conditions:

1. Rental Period: The rental period is either for 24 hours or for a duration agreed upon in advance.

2. Rental Fees: The rental fees will be charged based on the rental period, and any additional fees, such as late fees or damage fees, may be charged as specified in the agreement.

3. Payment: Payment for the rental must be made in full at the beginning of the rental period. Payment may be made by cash, or any other method specified in the agreement.

4. Use of Rental: The rental item may only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or guidelines provided by the rental company. The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the rental item during the rental period.

5. Return of Rental: The renter must return the rental item in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear excepted, at the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.

6. Cancellation Policy: The renter may cancel the rental at any time before the start of the rental period. However, any fees paid may not be refunded unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

7. Termination of Rental: The rental company may terminate the rental at any time if the renter violates any of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

8. Liability: The rental company is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the rental item during the rental period.

9. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction where the rental takes place.

By signing below, the renter acknowledges that he or she has read and understood these rental terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them.
